That was then....  All studios have now been built out and we have over 20 artists creating at The Fountainhead Studios.  The studios are located at 7339 NW Miami Ct.  In January 2010 we expanded and now have over 17,000 sq ft of studio space.  The “quiet area” is about 9000 sq ft of studios space with AC, common lounge, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor terrace.  Studios in this area begin at about 440 sq ft and can be increased in equal increments.  The more “industrial” area is 7500 sq ft located on the first floor with a large roll up door, full wall of windows and two bathrooms.  Studios in this area begin at about 500 sq ft and can be increased in equal increments. 

Both studio spaces shared well lit gated parking with secure automatic entry and are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  In both spaces the roof, electrical, plumbing and sprinklers systems are new. 

Rent begins as low as $300 including all utilities and increases accordingly as the sq. footage is increased.  Rent is paid month to month on the 1st of each month.

We host a number of studio tours for collectors, curators and gallery owners, as well as, two open studio events per year.
